  Found staff to be rude and lazy. Phoned up to enquire about pool sand and asked if they could tell me the grading of the sand for my sand filter. Was told "yeah we got pool sand" but wouldn't check for me on their bags to save me driving across Adelaide to get. My filter requires a ser rain size granule. So I asked again to check the bag. So I was rudely told I'll have to wait. So I was placed on hold "phone left on bench for over 5 minutes"for then to hear lady having a nice chat about this and that to someone which had nothing to do with work. I then hear her say to another employee to now pick up the phone. The gentleman who picked up was even more obnoxious and just said "yeah normal grade sand" that's what we got and still wouldn't actually check the bags details for me. If you have employees working for you like this no wonder why no one goes there. Shame on Clarke Rubber at main north road store. Cheer up and stop being so miserable over the phone your customer service skills is terrible. Warm and friendly staff is what helps a business thrive.
