- A Google User23.02.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Disgraceful customer service. I went to vegas hair and beauty being quoted $85 over the phone for what i wanted and walked out $210 dollars later with fried bright orange hair! I called the salon the next day and asked for my hair to be fixed and they were very rude about it, the girl barely spoke to me, never smiled or asked what I was unhappy about and never apologised for it. THEN had the audacity to ask me to pay extra for a blow dry when I had already paid for one the original time I was there! Never go tot his salon, they do not care about you they just want your money, they deserve a no star rating!!!
